The Next Generation Foundation (NGF) creates opportunities for America's youth by working with communities in the Mississippi Delta region to tear down obstacles and find solutions for progress and development. Founded in 2002 to increase civic awareness, NGF draws on a talented pool of dedicated young professionals in Washington, D.C. and from around the country to identify areas of need and encourage community action and involvement.

The Next Generation Foundation (NGF) funds first-generation college scholarships in the eight state Mississippi Delta region annually. Scholarship applications are accepted between January 1st and March 31st each year.
